Battlefield V – 16v16 Conquest

ESB rules are developed together with some of the top Battlefield teams that are active in our events. With Battlefield V changing regularly, we try to make sure that our rules are updated regularly to reflect these changes.

1.1 Restrictions (Not Allowed)

GRENADES:

  • There are no grenade restrictions.

GADGETS:

  • Fliegerfaust (Assault)
  • AP Mine (Medic / Support / Recon)
  • Spawn Beacon (Recon)
  • New Tides of War & Chapter Rank Gadgets
    • New gadgets are banned until they are available to purchase by everyone through company coins.
      • This means that until new gadgets are only available through Weekly Challenges or through Chapter Ranks, they won’t be able to be used in matches.
      • Gadgets that currently fall into this category:
        • Lunge Mine
        • M1A1 Bazooka

BATTLE-PICKUPS

  • All Battle-Pickups are banned, including but not limited to:
    • Katana
    • M2 Flamethrower

ARMORED VEHICLES:

  • You may not have more than 2 Armored Vehicles spawned at any given time.
  • Armored Vehicles are limited to 1 of each type.
  • Only the following tanks can be used:
    • Valentine Mk VIII (UNITED KINGDOM) (MEDIUM)
    • Staghound T17E1 (UNITED KINGDOM) (LIGHT)
    • Panzer IV (GERMANY) (MEDIUM)
    • Panzer 38T (GERMANY) (LIGHT)
    • Sherman (USA) (LIGHT)
    • LVT (USA) (MEDIUM)
    • Type 97 (JAPAN) (LIGHT)
    • KA-MI (JAPAN) (MEDIUM)

Note: Putting AT Mines in the enemy spawn (red zone) is strictly prohibited.

AIRPLANES:

  • You may not have more than 2 Air Vehicles spawned at any given time.
  • Only the following airplanes can be used:
    • Spitfire Mk VA (UNITED KINGDOM)
    • Spitfire Mk VB (UNITED KINGDOM)
    • BF 109 G-6 (GERMANY)
    • CORSAIR F4U-1A (USA)
    • ZERO A6M2 (JAPAN)

REINFORCEMENTS:

  • Only the following reinforcements can be called in:
    • Supply Canister Drop – 2,450 Squad Points
    • Smoke Barrage – 7,450 Squad Points
  • This effectively means that every other reinforcement is banned (including but not limited to):
    • T48 GMC 6 pdr AT Half-track / Sd. Kfz 251 Pakwagen – 9,850 Squad Points
    • Sector Artillery – 17,750 Squad Points
    • Churchill Crocodile / Sturmtiger – 20,750 Squad Point
    • JB-2 Rocket / V-1 Rocket / KI-147 I-Go Rocket / T34 Calliope– 41,500 Squad Points

FLAG RESTRICTIONS

    • Restricted flags are marked with the faction badge on the map. They must be captured by the respective factions at the start of the game and may not be captured by the opposing team.
      • Note: These flags are off-limits to the opposing team, this means that you may not pass/walk/drive through enemy restricted flags.
    • These count as secondary bases. This means teams can use them as spawn points during the game.

1.3 Server Settings

Every server MUST be password protected. We recommend that teams change their server password before every match to avoid people keeping track of old passwords and joining as possible players/spectators.

To access Community Games, press: Play > Multiplayer > Create Community Game > Add Config

Basic Config Settings:

  • Config Name: ESB 16v16 CQ
  • Game Name: ESB Match
  • Game Description:
  • Game Size: 64
  • Game Modes & Maps: 2
    • Round 1: Map A (Side 1)
    • Round 2: Map A (Side 2)
  • Password: ON
  • Minimum Players: 6
  • Allowed Spectators: 0

Advanced Config Settings:

 

Once the Config has been created, select the config, and press “Create & Join Game”.

 


1.4 Scoring

Each Map is composed of two rounds (sides). Scoring is based on overall tickets. The team with the highest amount of tickets left at the end of both rounds wins the map.

Each round (side) is played until one team loses 300 tickets (Equivalent of getting to 0). This means that each side is scored between 0 and 300.
